Install and pin GrabFlow
- Install GrabFlow from the Chrome Web Store.
- Open Chrome's Extensions menu.
- Pin GrabFlow so it remains visible in the toolbar.
Detect a video
- Navigate to the page containing the media.
- Begin playback and wait for the player to load.
- Open GrabFlow from the browser toolbar.
- Use Rescan if the resource is not listed yet.
Review the result
Check the title, size, format and available quality before choosing an action. Preview and copy are useful when you need to verify the detected resource before downloading it.
Download a direct file
Direct media files use Chrome's built-in download manager. Progress appears in Chrome, and your normal browser download settings determine the destination.
Process an M3U8 stream
A segmented stream opens in a dedicated extension tab. Keep that tab open while segments are downloading and processing. Large streams can take time and require enough memory and disk space.
Troubleshooting
- Start playback before opening the extension.
- Use Rescan after changing quality or seeking in the player.
- Reload the page if a temporary media link has expired.
- Confirm Chrome allows downloads from the current site.
- Expect protected, encrypted or authenticated resources to be unavailable in some cases.
