Scope and single purpose
This policy covers the GrabFlow browser extension and the GrabFlow website. The extension's single purpose is to detect media resources from the page you are viewing and let you preview, copy and download those resources.
Information processed by the extension
To provide media detection and downloads, GrabFlow may process the current page URL and title, media URLs, request initiator, response type, file size, request time, page media elements, playlists and related network metadata. A media request may include Cookie, Authorization, Origin or Referer headers. GrabFlow may temporarily reuse required request context only to access the same user-selected media resource. It does not ask for or store account passwords.
Interface language, quality and download preferences, detected-media records and download state are stored locally in Chrome. These records may be cleared after navigation, tab closure, browser cleanup, extension updates or an explicit clear-data action. Settings remain until changed, cleared or the extension is uninstalled.
How extension information is used
- Associate media resources with the correct page and tab.
- Display media information and previews.
- Copy a media URL after a user action.
- Start and manage a user-requested download.
- Save and apply extension settings.
GrabFlow does not use this information for advertising, behavioral analytics, data brokerage, credit assessment or user profiling. It does not automatically upload detected media or browsing records to an online conversion service.
Network communication
When you preview or download media, GrabFlow communicates with the website or media host selected by you. A media host may be a different domain or content delivery network and may require the original request context. Those services process requests under their own policies.
If the “Open the result page after download” preference is enabled, GrabFlow opens the result page on grabflow.cc after Chrome confirms that the selected file was saved. The extension places only the final file name, format, size and media type in the URL fragment. A fragment is processed by the result page in your browser and is not included in the HTTP request to the server. GrabFlow does not include the source media URL, page URL, request headers, cookies, tokens, local path or file contents. You can disable this behavior in the extension settings.
Website data
This website does not currently provide user accounts, payment forms or file uploads. It uses Google Analytics and a self-hosted Umami service to understand page visits, referrers, browser and device information, and approximate regions. Google may use cookies and process analytics data under its own policies.
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp and security signals. Website analytics do not receive media files, media URLs, download file names, extension detection records, request headers or URL fragments used by the result page.

Your controls
You may clear detected records in GrabFlow, change download preferences, clear extension storage through Chrome, disable the extension or uninstall it.
Data sharing and limited use
GrabFlow does not sell or share user information for advertising, marketing or unrelated purposes. Its use of information received from Chrome APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Children and policy updates
GrabFlow is a general-purpose browser utility and is not directed to children. This policy will be updated before adding analytics, advertising, accounts, uploads or other materially different data processing.
