What GrabFlow does
- Detect video resources requested by the active web page.
- Recognize direct video files and common stream manifests.
- Preview a detected video or copy its media URL.
- Choose a preferred quality when several variants are available.
- Download regular files through Chrome's download system.
- Process M3U8 segments in a dedicated extension page.
How detection works
GrabFlow observes media-related network requests made by the active tab. Start playback before scanning because many sites do not request a media URL until the player begins loading.
Where data stays
Detection records, download status and settings are stored locally in your browser by default. GrabFlow does not automatically upload detected videos or browsing data to an online conversion service.
What GrabFlow does not do
GrabFlow does not bypass DRM, encrypted media, authentication, paid access controls or copyright restrictions. Temporary links and protected delivery methods may not be detectable or downloadable.
